The Rounda is a compact round recessed downlight drawing 6W and giving out 330 lumens of crisp 4000K cool white light. With a wide 110 degree beam the light opens out gently rather than spotlighting, so a small ceiling area is washed evenly from a single point. Buyers shopping for a recessed can light in the US market will find this sits in the same family as a small recessed downlight, built to drop neatly into a ceiling void. The fitting measures Ø120 by 20 mm and runs straight off 220-240V AC mains.

You will need a circular cut-out sized to the manufacturer's mounting collar, which sits inside the 120 mm trim diameter, so do not cut the hole to the full trim size. Can the Rounda be used in a bathroom or outside?

Yes, within limits. Its IP44/20 rating means it is splash-resistant and suits bathroom zones and sheltered outdoor spots such as a porch or carport soffit. It should not be used in fully exposed positions, exposed to direct water jets or submerged.
