Description

This round earthenware serving bowl takes its look from a lemon cut straight across. Outside, the bright yellow surface is textured all over like real peel, finished with a smooth yellow rim. Inside, pale yellow segments radiate from the centre, divided by fine white lines and dotted with a few small brown pips, so the bowl reads as a lemon slice whether it is full or empty. It measures 25.3cm across and 8.2cm deep, a generous size that sits comfortably in the middle of a table without crowding it.

We think it belongs wherever you want a little sunshine. On a kitchen counter it makes a cheerful fruit bowl, and a heap of lemons, oranges or apples looks right at home against that yellow peel.
