The Roma is a 95 x 70cm rectangle wall mirror with a wide gold-finished resin frame that sits 3cm proud of the wall once mounted. The mirror glass is bevelled at the edges, creating a subtle chamfer that catches and refracts light around the perimeter of the reflection. The frame is built from lightweight resin rather than solid metal, bringing the total weight to 10-20kg depending on the thickness of the backing board.

Designed for horizontal or vertical mounting, the Roma suits hallways where it provides a full upper-body reflection before leaving the house, above living room console tables where it amplifies natural light from windows, and in bedrooms where it can be wall-mounted above a chest of drawers. What fixings are needed?

The mirror weighs between 10-20kg and requires two secure wall fixings. On plasterboard, use heavy-duty plasterboard anchors rated for the full weight. On masonry or into wall studs, use appropriate screws and wall plugs. D-rings or a hanging plate on the rear of the mirror accept the fixings.

Is the frame solid metal or resin?

The frame is moulded resin with a gold finish, not solid metal. This keeps the weight manageable for wall mounting while maintaining the visual appearance of a metallic frame.

How is the gold finish cleaned?

Wipe the resin frame with a soft dry cloth to remove dust. For marks, use a barely-damp microfibre cloth. Avoid spray cleaners, polishes or abrasive materials that might damage the gold coating. Clean the mirror glass with standard glass cleaner, avoiding overspray onto the frame.
