Description

The Roda PF/150 is a very large LED wall and ceiling light: a ring of Cream Translucent Ribbon 150cm across, with a black inner ring tracing its inside edge and a round black plate set within the circle. The ribbon is gathered in fine pleats around the ring, and because it is translucent the whole shade glows when the light is on. The light source is integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 55.2W and gives 930lm at 2700K, a warm white, with a CRI of 90, so wood, fabric and skin tones look natural in its light.

It fits on a ceiling or on a wall, so you can decide how it sits in the room. On a ceiling it makes a broad ring of light over a bed, a dining table or the middle of a living room; on a wall it becomes the feature above a sofa or a headboard, or at the end of a long hallway. A ring this size wants space around it, so it is at its best in large rooms, rooms with high ceilings, hotel suites and reception areas. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

It is built from aluminium, steel and ribbon, and its projection is 9.5cm or 18cm, so it stays close to the ceiling or wall despite its size. It is a Class I fitting that runs on 230V mains and is wired in by a qualified electrician. It comes in two dimming versions, one dimmable by DALI and one by analogue control, so you can choose the one that matches your lighting control system; either needs a compatible dimmer or controller. Before you order, we suggest you measure the wall or ceiling: at 150cm across, it needs a clear surface with room to spare on every side.
