Description

The Ring S6 is a suspended pendant light from our Ring range. It is built from slim straight bars that cross one another, and each bar carries a shallow round head with a white diffuser at either end. It comes in a choice of black, brass or white finish, so you can match it to the room around it. The light comes from twelve E14 bulbs of up to 6W each, which are sold separately and are what give the fitting its light, so choose warm bulbs for a soft glow. Across its full spread the pendant is 150cm wide and 116cm deep, each head is 12cm tall, and there is 20cm between the arms.

With such a wide spread, the Ring S6 suits a long dining table or the middle of a generous living room, where its arms reach out across the space and light it from several points at once. The drop runs to 250cm at most, so it can hang at a comfortable height over a table even under a tall ceiling, and the round canopy that meets the ceiling is 28cm across and 5cm tall. It is not dimmable, so it works from an ordinary switch, and the bulbs you choose set the mood. It is made for indoor use in dry rooms.

The design is by ILMIODESIGN, and its long bars and rounded heads keep a wide fitting looking light and open rather than heavy over the table. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in by a qualified electrician.
