Description

The Richmond LED wall spotlight is a long, slim bar for the wall that does two jobs at once. Its integrated LED sends a soft band of light up and down the wall around the bar, while a small cylinder spotlight on its face swivels to aim a direct beam exactly where you want it. Because the LED is built in, there is no bulb to buy or change. The Richmond is made of aluminium and glass, and we offer it in White or Matt Black. It measures 61cm long and 8.5cm tall, and it stands just 3.5cm out from the wall, with neatly rounded ends.

Because it sits so close to the wall, the Richmond suits places where a lamp would be in the way or a bulkier fitting would crowd the room. In a kitchen it gives a gentle wash of light across the wall together with a focused beam for reading a recipe or working at a counter, and the two kinds of light make a busy room feel calmer in the evening. The spotlight also makes a good reading light wherever you like to sit with a book. It is rated IP20, which means it is for dry rooms only, so place it away from the sink and the hob.

The aluminium body is painted in Matt Black, RAL 9005, or White, RAL 9010, so you can match it to your walls or woodwork by its paint reference. Two small push buttons sit on the face of the bar beside the spotlight. The Richmond is a Class I fitting and is wired in to the mains, so it must be installed by a qualified electrician.
