Description

The Rendez-vous is a small cone pendant light in a brushed bronze finish, a neat little shade on a slim cable that throws a focused pool of warm light. The cone is just 7cm across and 4.2cm tall, and it holds an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It gives 111 lumens at 2700K, a warm white, with a CRI of 90 so colours look true beneath it, and its 25° beam keeps the light tight and directed. It draws 1.6W or 2W, depending on the version.

We like it over a dining table, where a single pendant lights one place or a line of them follows the length of the table, and in a living room, hung low beside a reading chair or over a side table. With a drop of up to 300cm it works under a tall ceiling as readily as a standard one. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. It comes in two versions: with canopy, where it has its own canopy 5.5cm across and 13cm tall, or without canopy, for multi-pendant canopies (sold separately), so several pendants can hang together from one canopy.

The brushed bronze finish has a soft, warm sheen, and the cone's small size keeps it light on the eye even when you hang several in a group. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in by a qualified electrician. Because the LED is integrated, there is no lamp to choose and no fitting to match. Before you order, decide whether you want each pendant on its own canopy or several gathered on a multi-pendant canopy, and pick the version to suit; the multi-pendant canopy is sold separately.
