Description

The R2 C60 is a ring LED ceiling light: a slim, open circle 60cm across and just 7.3cm deep. Small points of integrated LED light are set around its inner edge and shine down, and there is no bulb to buy or replace. It draws 54W and gives 7879 lumens of warm 3000K light with a CRI of 90, so wood, fabric and skin tones look true. We sell it in White, Bronze, Black, Oak, Walnut or Brass, so you can choose a pale ring for a light ceiling, a dark one for contrast or a wood tone to sit with timber floors and furniture.

At 60cm across, the ring suits a living room, a dining room over a large table, a generous hallway or landing, a bedroom or a study. It works just as well in a restaurant, bar, hotel lounge or office where one bright fitting is wanted. Because it sits only 7.3cm below the ceiling, it is a good choice for rooms with lower ceilings, where a pendant would get in the way. Two or more rings in a row light a long room along its length. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.

The R2 C60 was designed by David Abad. Its clean circle keeps the fitting simple: the LEDs sit within the ring itself, leaving the centre open. It is dimmable by DALI or push dimming, so it pairs with a compatible DALI control or push switch, letting you bring the light down for evening meals or up for reading and work. It runs on mains power at 230V and is wired in by a qualified electrician. As a Class I fitting, it needs an earth connection. Whichever finish you choose, the R2 C60 gives a room one generous source of light with no bulbs to change. Our photographs show the oak version.
