Description

The R2 C120 is a large aluminium ring ceiling light, a slim circle 120cm across and just 7.3cm tall, with integrated LED points set into the underside of the ring. Because the LED is integrated, there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 102W and gives 13957lm at 3000K, with a CRI of 90, so colours, faces and food look true beneath it. That is a great deal of light from one fitting. We offer it in six finishes: White, Bronze, Black, Oak, Walnut and Brass, so the ring can sit quietly against a pale ceiling or stand out clearly against a darker one.

At 120cm across, this ring is made for big spaces: above a long dining table, in an open-plan living area or a large hallway, or in a restaurant, bar, hotel lobby or reading room. Fitted in pairs or in a row, the rings mark out a wide ceiling in clean circles. As it is only 7.3cm tall, it sits close to the ceiling, which suits rooms where a pendant would hang too low. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only. It dims by DALI or by push dimming, so it can run on a building's DALI control system or from a push-button switch, moving from bright working light to a softer evening glow.

The ring runs on 230V mains power and is wired in by a qualified electrician. It is a Class I fitting, so it connects to the earth in your wiring. The design is by David Abad: a single clean circle with the light built into it. Before you order, check that your ceiling has room for a 120cm circle with clear space around it, and choose the finish that suits your ceiling, floor and woodwork.
