Description

The Quin flush ceiling light is a slim brass cylinder, 14cm tall and 6.5cm across, that sits neatly on the ceiling and directs its light straight down through a recessed lens at its open end. Bulbs are sold separately; it takes 1 x GU10 bulb, up to 5W per bulb, and you choose your own within that limit. We offer it in Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Matt Black, White, Polished Brass or Satin Brass, which lets you pick the finish that works best with the switches, door handles and other metalwork around it.

One fitting gives a focused pool of light by the front door, and several spaced along the ceiling light the way through a long, narrow hall without cluttering it. Because it sits flush to the ceiling rather than hanging down, it keeps headroom clear, which helps where ceilings are low. The body of every Quin is brass, whichever finish you choose. The Matt Black finish is painted to RAL 9005 and the White to RAL 9010, which helps if you want to match a painted ceiling or woodwork closely. Each light is made to order for you in Ireland. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase; bulbs are not covered. It is a mains fitting for a qualified electrician to install, so it is worth settling the positions along your hallway before the work begins.
