Description
The QTX DuplexBar is an LED beam and effects bar built around 48 high output RGBA 3W LEDs, arranged in two rows of 24. It puts out colour washes and moving patterns across walls, ceilings or floors, and the four-in-one RGBA chips are capable of producing up to 16.7 million colours. With two rows working independently, you get more depth and layering than a single strip of the same length.
Control is flexible. You can run the bar from preset internal colour sequences using auto or sound activated modes, or set static colours by hand in manual mode. Two sound to light modes react to the room, with microphone sensitivity adjustment so you can tune how it responds to music. For fixed shows, automatic and show modes can be tailored with extra speed and strobe settings. When you want full control, DMX (the standard lighting protocol) runs in 4, 6, 9, 32 or 36 channel modes, and units can be linked in master/slave.
Connections cover power in and out on twist and lock sockets and DMX in and out on 3-pin XLR, so you can chain several bars from one feed. It runs on 110-240Vac and draws 120W, with a 25 degree beam angle for a defined spread. The bar measures 62 x 90 x 1000mm and weighs 2.75kg. Tilt-adjustable wall mount and floor standing brackets are supplied, so you can fix it to a wall or ceiling or stand it on the floor for uplighting.
