Description

The Promarne is a round LED outdoor wall light, 17cm in diameter and 5cm high, with a white plastic body and a white plastic shade. A softly domed opal diffuser sits inside a slim white rim, so the light reads as an even, glowing disc rather than a harsh point. Inside is an integrated LED of 11.5W giving 1,300lm at 4000K, a clear neutral white that lets you see steps, keys and faces properly after dark. It is rated IP54, which means it is protected against dust and splashing water, so it can live outdoors on a house wall or in a garden.

It is at home beside a front door, along a side passage, by a back gate or on a garden wall, anywhere you want plain, dependable light from a wall switch. The rating also means we can suggest it for a bathroom, where a qualified electrician will confirm the right zone. The clean round shape and white finish sit quietly against rendered, painted or brick walls, so it suits a modern house and an older one alike. At 17cm in diameter it is generous enough to light a porch properly, yet it never crowds a narrow stretch of wall beside a door.

There is no switch on the light itself, as it is switched at the wall, and the LED is not dimmable, so pair it with an ordinary wall switch rather than a dimmer. Because the LED is integrated, there is no bulb to buy or replace. It runs from 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains and carries energy class E, and with a plastic body and shade it weighs just 0.202KG packed. As a wired-in mains light, it should be installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download, ready before fitting day.
