Description
The Pradilla is an LED flush ceiling light made from four slim bars that cross one another in a long, low X around a round central canopy. The body is aluminium and steel in a soft sand finish, and the light comes through white plastic diffusers that run along the bars. It measures 74cm long, 20.5cm wide and just 5cm high, so it sits close to the ceiling and never hangs into the room. With 2,400 lumens it makes a bright main light. It is rated IP20, so it belongs indoors, in a dry room.
Because it is so shallow, the Pradilla suits rooms where a pendant would hang too low, such as a living room, a bedroom, a hallway or a home office. The sand finish is a warm neutral that sits easily beside pale walls, natural wood and soft greys, and the crossed bars give a plain ceiling some shape without any fuss. Its long outline lines up neatly with a sofa, a bed or a dining table, and it suits anyone who wants a single, bright ceiling light that has a little character.
You choose between three colour temperatures at the light itself, so you can settle on the tone that suits the room once it is fitted. The light is not dimmable and has no switch of its own, so it is turned on and off at the wall switch. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains and weighs 1.32KG packed. As a wired mains light, it is installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download.
