Description

This round table lamp is a white porcelain ball covered in raised snowflakes, large and small, scattered all around it. Switched off, it reads as a soft matt white ornament; switched on, the light glows warmly through the ceramic and picks out each snowflake, with tiny points of light at their centres. It stands 21cm tall, 17cm wide and 13.5cm deep, a compact size that sits happily on a side table, a shelf or a windowsill without crowding it, and it rests steadily on its own base.

We think it is at its best through the Christmas season, when a gentle glow suits the dark afternoons and long evenings.
