Description

The Pedersano is a round LED outdoor wall light in a rust brown finish, made as a single slim disc of aluminium and plastic. It measures 14cm high and 14cm long, with a width of 4.7cm, and weighs 0.35KG. The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and it gives 950 lumens. Light shows through a fine gap that runs around the rim, leaving the face as a plain round of colour. It is rated IP44, which means it is protected from splashing water, so it can live outdoors on a house wall or in a garden.

Its compact size suits a front door, a porch, a side passage or the wall beside a garden gate. A pair either side of a doorway works well on a modern brick or rendered house, and the earthy rust brown sits comfortably against stone, timber cladding and planting. Rated IP44, it can also go in a bathroom, where a qualified electrician will confirm the right zone. With 950 lumens from such a small disc, there is enough light to find a keyhole or the front step after dark.

You choose the colour temperature at the light itself: 2700K for a warm white that flatters brick and planting, 4000K for a crisper neutral white, or 6500K for a cool daylight white that shows a path clearly. That lets you match it to the other outdoor lights on the house. Rust here is the colour rather than the metal: the body is aluminium, and aluminium does not rust the way iron does. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains, carries energy class E and has no switch of its own, so it is switched at the wall. As a wired-in light, it is installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download.

Can the Pedersano wall light go outdoors?

Yes. It is rated IP44, so it is protected from splashing water and can live outdoors on a house wall or in a garden.

Three, chosen at the light: 2700K for a warm white, 4000K for a neutral white and 6500K for a cool daylight white.

How bright is this outdoor wall light?

The integrated LED gives 950 lumens, which is plenty for a front door, porch or side passage from a fitting of this small size.

No bulb is needed, because the LED is integrated into the light, so there is no separate bulb to buy.
