The Paratebueno is a multi-drop pendant light: a flock of bird-shaped shades hangs on fine wires from a long oval ceiling canopy, each bird caught at a slightly different height and angle as if in mid-flight. The canopy and the shades are both steel, finished in a soft sand colour that sits comfortably beside pale woods, warm neutrals and natural linens. It measures 125cm long and 26cm wide, with an overall height of 220cm. Light falls from the underside of every bird, with a rated output of 460 lumens, giving a gentle, scattered glow rather than a bright task light. It is rated IP20, which settles where it goes: indoors, in a dry room.

Its long, narrow shape makes it an obvious partner for a dining table, where the birds spread along the length of the table and draw the eye upwards through a meal.
