Description
The Oz is a suspended disc that hangs as one broad, flat circle of light. A white powder-coated metal rim carries an opal rubber diffuser across the whole underside, with the built-in LED behind it, so the plate throws a wide, even wash downward rather than a hard beam or a ring of dots. Lit, you see a white rim that all but vanishes against a pale ceiling; off, the plate stays a plain painted circle overhead, quiet and low-key.
The disc measures 400mm across and drops on a cable adjustable from 360mm to 2000mm, so it can float low over a surface or sit higher in a taller room. Compact at 400mm, it works singly over a bedside, a hall table or a reading corner, or in a row above a kitchen worktop or breakfast bar.
The diffuser is opal rubber and the frame is white powder-coated metal, on PVC cabling and a slim ceiling plate. Its integrated LED draws 38W for 4350 lumens at 3000K warm white, with a colour rendering index above 90 and a 30,000 hour life, so tones stay true and no bulb is ever bought or replaced. This is the on-off model, wired to a standard switch without dimming. Rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms, it arrives ready to fit with the LED already in place.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Oz give?
A wide, even wash at 3000K warm white. The LED sits behind an opal rubber diffuser across the full underside, so light spreads as one soft plate rather than separate points or a narrow beam, and a colour rendering index above 90 keeps tones true.
Does it need bulbs?
No. An integrated LED rated at 38W and 4350 lumens is built into the disc and included, so there is nothing separate to fit. The module is rated for around 30,000 hours of normal use.
Can it be dimmed?
This is the on-off version, so it switches at a fixed output on a standard wall switch and does not dim. There is also a DALI and push-dimmable model of the same disc, and we are happy to point you to it if you need the brightness to vary.
How big is it and where does it suit?
Measuring 400mm across on a drop from 360mm to 2000mm, it suits a bedside, a hall or a spot above a worktop, and hangs well in a run of two or three over a longer counter.
