Description
The Oz is a table lamp built from two lit rings set one inside the other, standing upright on a small square base rather than resting behind a shade. Each ring carries an opal rubber diffuser across its face with the LED behind it, so the light reads as two clean circles of even glow instead of a bright point or a visible bulb. Lit, the pair of rings float as soft loops of light above the warm metal foot; off, they read as brushed brass bands, a quiet piece of form on the base.
The lamp measures 280mm across and 310mm tall on an 80mm-deep base, a compact upright shape that suits a desk, a shelf, a console or a bedside where the light doubles as a small object. The nested rings give it a graphic outline from the front and stay slim in profile, so it takes little surface while still holding the eye.
The rings and base are brushed brass metal and the diffuser is opal rubber. An integrated LED draws 22W for 2800 lumens at 4000K cool white, with a colour rendering index above 90 and a 30,000 hour life, so tones stay true and there is no bulb to buy or replace. This is the on-off model, wired to its cable switch at a fixed output, and it is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Oz table lamp give?
A soft, even glow from two lit rings. The LED sits behind an opal rubber diffuser on each ring, so the light spreads as clean circles at 4000K cool white rather than a bright point, and a colour rendering index above 90 keeps tones true.
Does it need a bulb?
No. An integrated LED rated at 22W and 2800 lumens is built into the rings and included, so there is nothing separate to fit. The module is rated for around 30,000 hours of normal use.
Is it dimmable?
This is the on-off version, so it runs at a fixed output and switches at the cable rather than dimming. We can advise on a compatible plug-in dimmer if you want the level to vary.
How big is it and where does it suit?
It stands 310mm tall and 280mm across on an 80mm-deep base. The compact upright shape suits a desk, a shelf, a console or a bedside where a soft glow and a small lit object are both wanted.
