The Otto is a 650mm circular chandelier carrying 24 G4 bulbs behind a sculptural arrangement of faceted glass pieces in frosted white and black, mounted on a polished chrome ring frame. Each glass element is shaped like an organic shard or petal, set at varying angles across the ring to create depth and movement when lit. The bulbs sit within the ring structure, casting light through and around the glass pieces.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.6m or higher, the Otto combines decorative presence with functional light distribution. The 600-830mm adjustable drop allows the chandelier to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or set higher in a double-height space. The circular layout distributes light evenly across a 3-4m diameter area below, while the faceted glass creates sparkle and refraction on walls and ceilings.

The combination of frosted white and black glass pieces against polished chrome gives the fitting a tonal range that works in both warm and cool interiors. The frosted elements diffuse light, the black pieces add contrast and shadow, and the chrome frame provides structural clarity. At 6kg the chandelier requires secure ceiling fixing — the slender suspension cables carry the weight but do not support lateral loads, so installation must account for the mass of the glass and frame.

The Otto uses 24 G4 halogen capsule bulbs (sold separately), each rated at up to 20W for a total 480W maximum load. The fitting is dimmable using a trailing edge dimmer, which is required for smooth dimming without flicker. The chandelier is not compatible with LED or CFL G4 bulbs — only halogen G4 capsules should be used.
