Description

The Orivelle Medium is an 800mm vertical wall light built around a single elongated panel of natural Spanish alabaster, capped at top and bottom by softly rounded brushed bronze end pieces. An integrated 3000K LED runs the length of the fitting behind the stone, lighting the alabaster from within so the panel itself becomes the light source. Overall dimensions are 800mm high, 120mm wide and 80mm projection from the wall.

The vertical format suits hallway flanking pairs, bedroom bedside positions in place of a table lamp, and bathroom mirror sides where a soft, even wash of warm light is preferred to a downward spot. The 80mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall, so it sits comfortably in tighter corridors and beside door architraves without intruding into walking space. Concealed wall mounting hardware behind the bronze backplate keeps fixings out of view.

Each alabaster panel is cut from natural stone, so the veining, cloudy banding and warm honey tones differ between individual pieces — the lit surface reveals these markings rather than hiding them. The brushed bronze caps pick up a low metallic sheen that warms further under the 3000K LED, giving the fitting a quiet, sculptural presence on plaster, painted, or panelled walls. Yes. The Orivelle uses an integrated 3000K LED built into the fitting, so there is no separate bulb to buy or replace. The LED is wired directly to a 230V mains supply.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No specific IP rating is listed for this fitting, so it should be installed in dry indoor zones outside bathroom splash areas. For bathroom mirror lighting we recommend a fitting with a stated IP44 rating or higher.

Will the alabaster look the same as the photograph?
