Description

The Oregon is a flush ceiling light in brass and glass, made to sit close to the ceiling. A round ceiling plate carries a short neck and a clipped collar, and the collar holds a glass tube with a rounded end around a single bulb. It is 21.5cm tall and 12cm across. We offer it in Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Natural Brass, Polished Brass and Satin Brass, and with Clear, Crackled or Frosted glass, so you can choose how the light looks: Clear glass shows the bulb plainly, Crackled glass covers the tube in a fine web of lines that catches the light, and Frosted glass gives a softer glow. Bulbs are sold separately: it takes one E27 bulb of up to 40W.

Rated IP65, the Oregon is well suited to a bathroom, where steam and splashes are part of daily life, and it is just as at home in a hallway. Its 12cm width and close fit make it a good choice for a small bathroom or a narrow hallway where a hanging light would feel crowded. It is an indoor fitting. One makes a neat light for a compact room, and a few in a row work well along a longer hallway. If your bathroom has brass taps or your hallway has brass door furniture, a brass finish ties the ceiling in with them; Antique Silver suits cooler, greyer schemes.

Each Oregon is made to order for you in Ireland, in brass with a glass tube, so the finish and glass you choose are the ones it is made in. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase; bulbs are not covered.
