Description
The Oracle Slim is a suspended ring: a thin black painted aluminium frame that carries an opal polycarbonate diffuser the whole way round, hung on adjustable cables from a ceiling rose. Lit, the integrated LED behind that diffuser reads as one even halo of glow with no visible dots or glare; switched off, the slim circle sits quietly against the ceiling as a clean geometric outline.
At 700mm across it draws a defined circle overhead, throwing 3800 lumens of 2700K warm white light downward and outward over the seating or table below. Colour rendering is high at CRI over 90, so skin, food and finishes hold their true tone, and the drop adjusts anywhere from 275mm to 2025mm to hang the ring low above an island or higher in a stairwell.
The 37W LED is built in and rated for 50,000 hours, supplied ready to wire with the bulb already fitted, so nothing needs buying separately. This is the on/off version, which runs at a fixed level and cannot be dimmed; where you want to lower the light, there is also a DALI-controlled model of the same ring. It carries an IP20 rating for indoor use.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Oracle Slim give?
An even ring of warm white light. The integrated LED runs behind an opal polycarbonate diffuser around the full circle, so it reads as a soft continuous halo rather than separate points, and with CRI above 90 colours stay true underneath.
Does it need a bulb?
No. A 37W LED giving 3800 lumens is built into the ring and included, rated for around 50,000 hours, so there is nothing to fit or replace later.
Can it be dimmed?
Not this one. It is the on/off version and holds a fixed output. If you want control, there is also a DALI-driven model of the same ring that lowers on a compatible system.
How big is it and where does it suit?
The ring measures 700mm across on a drop adjustable from 275mm to 2025mm. Hung low it frames a dining table or island; set higher it works over a stairwell, a hallway or a living space as a piece of ceiling geometry.
