Description
The NU-X B-7 Pro is a professional wireless in-ear monitoring system (IEM) working in the 2.4GHz band. The fully digital signal path carries high quality stereo audio with minimal latency and a range of up to 50m. Both the transmitter (TX) and the beltpack receiver (RX) use internal rechargeable batteries, giving up to 6 hours per charge. Pairing runs automatically, so you can get set up and playing without fuss.
The receiver clips to clothing or a guitar strap and recharges either from the transmitter itself or over USB-C. The transmitter is rechargeable too, or it can run directly from the supplied 9Vdc power adaptor. It can also work as a USB audio interface for recording to a PC or Mac. A full colour display on the TX shows signal and battery status for both units and holds a settings menu for signal levels, display options and transmission preferences. You get three latency settings, letting you weigh speed against stability to suit the room.
For connections, the transmitter offers balanced left and right inputs on XLR/jack, a 3.5mm stereo Aux input and a wired Phones output, plus USB-C for data. A screw adaptor is included so the transmitter can mount to standard action camera clamps if you prefer fixing it to a stand. Audio runs at 24-bit, 48kHz with a 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response, and the RF output sits at 10mW E.I.R.P max. It is a practical, well specified rig for players who need reliable monitoring on stage or in the studio.

Frequently Asked
How long does the battery last per charge?
Both the transmitter and receiver run for up to 6 hours per charge using their internal rechargeable batteries. The TX uses a 3000mAh Li-polymer cell and the RX a 400mAh cell.
What is the wireless range?
The B-7 Pro has a range of up to 50m in the 2.4GHz band, using frequency hopping across 2400 to 2483.5MHz for a stable connection.
Can I choose the latency setting?
Yes. There are three modes: fast at 7.33ms, default at 10.85ms and safe at 14.33ms, letting you balance latency against stability for the venue.
How do I charge the receiver?
The beltpack receiver recharges from the main transmitter or over USB-C. The transmitter is rechargeable too, or it can run from the supplied 9Vdc 1200mA adaptor.
Can it be used for recording?
Yes. The transmitter can double as a USB audio interface, connecting to a PC or Mac for recording via its USB-C data port.
What connections does the transmitter have?
The TX offers balanced L and R XLR/jack inputs, a 3.5mm stereo Aux input, a 3.5mm Phones output, a USB-C data port and a DC jack for power.
