Description

The Novis is a rechargeable outdoor LED table lamp with a 120mm diameter disc-shaped head mounted on a slender stem and circular base, all finished in matt black metal. A 2W integrated LED inside the acrylic diffuser casts 3000K warm white light downwards and outwards, creating ambient light on patios, balconies, garden tables and outdoor dining settings without needing a nearby power socket.

Designed for cordless portability, the lamp runs on a rechargeable internal battery that provides up to 7 hours of continuous light on a full charge. A built-in switch on the base allows the lamp to be turned on and off without accessing any controls underneath or behind the unit. The IP54 rating protects the internal electronics from dust ingress and water splashes, making the Novis suitable for sheltered outdoor areas including covered terraces, balconies and patios where occasional rain exposure may occur.

The metal construction gives the lamp a stable 23mm-high profile on tabletops, with the acrylic diffuser softening the LED output to reduce glare when seated nearby. The matt black finish hides fingerprints and sits comfortably alongside outdoor furniture in dark metals, timber and woven materials. At 120mm diameter the Novis occupies minimal table space, allowing it to be placed between place settings, alongside serving dishes, or on side tables flanking outdoor seating.

A full charge takes approximately 7 hours and provides up to 7 hours of continuous light output. Actual runtime depends on ambient temperature and battery age, with cooler outdoor conditions potentially reducing runtime slightly.

Can the Novis be left outside in rain?

The IP54 rating protects against dust and water splashes from any direction, making it suitable for sheltered outdoor areas such as covered patios and balconies. Prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion is not recommended — bring the lamp under cover during storms or winter storage.

How is the lamp recharged?

The Novis includes a charging cable that connects to the base. Plug the cable into a standard UK mains socket or USB power source to recharge the internal battery. A full charge from empty takes approximately 7 hours.

Is the light output dimmable?

No. The integrated 2W LED operates at a fixed brightness level when switched on. There is no dimming function built into the lamp.
