Description

The Notte Stitched is a wall-mounted single spotlight in satin nickel with an adjustable cylindrical head, a rectangular backplate and a built-in front switch. The spotlight takes a single GU10 bulb (sold separately) and the head rotates and tilts on its mounting bracket to direct light exactly where it's needed.

Designed for bedside reading positions, over armchairs, beside desks and in hallways where directed task light is needed without a table lamp, the Notte Stitched mounts directly to the wall with a slim 65mm-wide backplate. The built-in switch sits on the front face of the backplate, making the light easy to control without reaching behind furniture or using a pull cord. The 136mm projection from the wall keeps the spotlight clear of headboards and chair backs while remaining compact enough for narrow hallways.

The satin nickel finish provides a soft metallic tone that sits between brushed chrome and polished nickel, reducing glare under direct light while maintaining a contemporary metal appearance. The cylindrical spotlight head measures approximately 50mm in diameter and houses the GU10 lamp socket, which accepts bulbs up to the wattage limit specified in the Specification tab. The adjustable head allows the beam to be angled towards a reading position, onto a wall as wash light, or downwards to illuminate a surface below.

The Notte Stitched takes a single GU10 bulb (sold separately). Most users pair this with a 5-7W LED GU10 in warm white (2700K-3000K) for reading light, though the fitting accepts bulbs up to the maximum wattage specified in the table above.

Can the spotlight head be adjusted?

Yes. The cylindrical head rotates and tilts on its mounting bracket, allowing you to direct light towards a reading position, onto a wall, or downwards onto a surface below the fitting.

Is it dimmable?

No. The built-in switch provides on-off control only. If dimming is required, the light would need to be wired to an external dimmer compatible with the bulb you choose, though this may affect the front switch function.

How is it wired?

The Notte Stitched is a mains-voltage wall light requiring connection to a standard 230V lighting circuit. The backplate conceals the wiring and mounts to a standard wall box or directly to the wall surface with appropriate fixings. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
