Description

The Nivia is a slim LED wall light designed as a reading light, finished in matt white. A thin arm rises from a narrow wall plate, then angles out to hold a small cylindrical head, 2.5cm across and 10cm long, that carries the light. It comes in two sizes, one projecting 25cm from the wall and one projecting 37cm, and both share the same head and the same light: an integrated 3W LED giving 210 lumens of warm white light at 3000K. With the LED built in, there is no bulb to fit or replace.

Its 24° beam is narrow and focused, so it lights a page or a task without washing the whole room in light. That makes it a natural choice beside a bed, next to a reading chair or over a desk. The 25cm size suits a bedside or a tight corner where the arm should stay close to the wall; the 37cm size reaches further, out over an armchair or a wider desk. A colour rendering index of 85 or more keeps print and colours looking true. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only, such as bedrooms, living rooms, studies and hallways.

The structure is iron and the head is aluminium, both in matt white, a clean, quiet finish that sits easily on a pale wall. It switches on and off and is not dimmable, so there is no dimmer to match, and a switch sits on its cable within easy reach. It runs on 220-240V and carries a 3 year guarantee.
