Description
The Nitro is a small round fitting that sits on the surface of the ceiling and casts its light straight down through a lensed opening. The LED is built in behind that lens, giving a controlled beam rather than a bare glare, so it works as a tidy point of downlight where a recessed cut-out is not wanted. Off, it reads as a low black disc held close to the ceiling.
The body is 80mm across and stands 105mm tall, a compact surface spot that suits a hallway, a kitchen run, a landing or task areas where a neat directed light helps. It runs on an integrated LED at 950 lumens and a warm 2700K white, close to the tone of a traditional bulb, with a rated life of 50,000 hours. The fitting is fixed rather than tilting, holding one downward line.
The shell is matt-varnished aluminium in black with an internal plastic mask around the lens, rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms. Because the LED is integrated, there is no bulb to buy or change. We supply it ready to wire and mount to the ceiling surface.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does it give?
A controlled downward beam. The LED sits behind a lens, so it throws a defined pool below at 950 lumens in a warm 2700K white, close to a traditional bulb, marking out a spot rather than lighting the whole room evenly.
Is the LED built in or does it take a bulb?
The LED is integrated, rated for 50,000 hours, so there is no separate bulb to fit or replace. The colour is fixed at a warm 2700K and the output at 950 lumens.
Is it recessed or surface-mounted, and can it be dimmed?
It mounts on the surface of the ceiling, so it needs no cut-out. Dimming is not stated for this fitting, so we would treat it as on-off unless a compatible dimming setup is confirmed first, which we can check for you.
How big is it and where does it suit?
It is 80mm across and 105mm tall, a compact surface spot. That works in a hallway, over a kitchen run, on a landing or in task spots, on its own or repeated across a ceiling.
