Description

The Nilbine is a pendant light with an open geometric cage shade in brushed brass steel, its slim wires shaped into a faceted teardrop that leaves the bulb in full view. A small brass cone caps the cage, a matching round ceiling rose sits against the ceiling, and a dark fabric cable runs between them. The shade is 17.5cm in diameter and the whole light is 130cm tall overall. It takes a single E27 bulb of up to 60W, and the bulb is not included, so the choice of lamp is yours. With an IP20 rating, it belongs indoors in a dry room.

Because the cage is open, the bulb is part of the look, which is why a clear, decorative lamp suits it so well. We like it hung low over a dining table, a kitchen island or a breakfast bar, where the slim shade adds warmth and shape without crowding the room, and several in a row work nicely along a longer table.
