Description

The Nerava is a 350mm slim column wall light pairing a rounded vertical bar of natural Spanish alabaster with a brushed brass backplate. The alabaster sits offset against the brass rather than centred, so the stone reads as a separate vertical element layered over the metal rather than mounted onto it. An integrated 6W LED at 3000K runs the length of the alabaster, casting warm white light through the stone.

Designed as architectural ambient lighting, the Nerava suits hallway runs, bedroom flanking pairs either side of a headboard, and stairwells where a vertical light form mirrors the rise of the staircase. The 90mm width and 60mm projection keep the fitting compact enough for narrow corridors and tight wall returns. Hardwired to 230V mains, the integrated LED removes the need for bulb replacement over the rated life of the module.

The alabaster bar is cut from natural Spanish stone, so each piece shows different mineral veining and tonal variation when lit. The rounded top and bottom of the alabaster soften what would otherwise be a strict rectangular form, and the slim profile of the stone allows light to pass through more readily than a thicker block, producing an even glow rather than hot spots. The brushed brass backplate carries a low-sheen finish that pairs with both warm and neutral interior palettes.

Where does it suit best?
