Description

The Nerava is a 500mm slim column wall light built around a single piece of natural Spanish alabaster set against a rectangular brushed brass backplate. The alabaster runs the full height of the fitting with a softly rounded base, and an integrated 8W LED behind the stone casts warm 3000K light forward and along the wall. Overall dimensions are 500mm high, 90mm wide and 60mm projection from the wall.

Designed as architectural accent lighting, the Nerava suits hallways, stairwells, bedside positions and either side of a vanity mirror or fireplace. The vertical format works well in pairs flanking a doorway or mirror, and the modest 60mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall in narrower corridors. Hardwired to 230V mains, the LED is non-replaceable and the fitting is intended for indoor dry locations only.

Each alabaster column is cut from natural stone, so the veining, mineral patterning and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. When the LED is on, the stone glows from within and the natural markings come forward as soft shadows across the surface. The brushed brass backplate provides a warm metallic frame behind and alongside the alabaster, with a low-sheen finish that softens reflections and pairs with both contemporary and classical interiors.

Does it come with a bulb?

Yes. The Nerava uses an integrated 8W LED rated at 3000K warm white, so no separate bulb is required. The LED is built into the fitting and is not user-replaceable.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The Nerava is rated for indoor dry locations and does not carry a published IP rating, so it is not recommended for bathroom zones or other damp areas. It suits hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and stairwells.

Will the alabaster look the same as the photo?

The veining and tonal variation differ between pieces because each column is cut from natural Spanish alabaster. The overall form, dimensions and finish match the listing, but the exact pattern of markings will be unique to your fitting.

Can two be installed as a matching pair?

Yes. The slim 90mm width and 60mm projection make the Nerava well suited to symmetrical installation either side of a mirror, headboard, doorway or fireplace. Order two units for a matched pair, noting that natural veining will vary between them.
