Nelly Globe Pendant Light - Matt Black

The Nelly globe pendant light is a plain sphere of matt black aluminium, hung from a black textile cable, with an opening at the base of the globe where the light falls through. It takes one GU10 lamp, and the lamp is not included, so you choose the bulb and the colour of light that suit the room. It runs on 220-240V mains and is controlled with a simple on-off switch. We sell it in two sizes, 8cm and 14cm, so you can pick the 8cm for a small, neat globe or the 14cm for a little more presence.

Rated IP20, the Nelly is for dry rooms: living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, landings and dining rooms. The 8cm globe is compact enough to hang beside a bed in place of a bedside lamp, leaving the table top clear, or to hang in a row of two or three over a long dining table. The 14cm globe holds its own alone over a small table, in a hallway or above a desk. Its plain modern shape sits as happily in a pared-back flat as in a period house, and the matt black gives a crisp outline against pale walls. The textile cable is 1.5m long, so measure your ceiling height before deciding where it hangs.
