Description

The Nans Sphere S/60 is a woven outdoor pendant light: a large globe of synthetic fibre on a Graphite Brown structure, with a shade in Beige (with Light Blue and Light Grey). The sphere is 60cm across and 57cm tall, and it hangs on a 200cm suspension from a canopy 12cm across and 5cm tall, for an overall height of 267cm. Inside sits an integrated LED of 14W giving 393lm of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and colours on the table look natural. The light glows softly through the open weave of the shade.

Rated IP54, it is made for outdoor use, so it suits a covered terrace, a pergola or a garden dining area, hung over the table where everyone gathers. A row of them along a pergola beam suits a long table, and a single sphere is enough for a smaller patio. It is just as happy indoors, above a dining table or in a living room with a generous ceiling height, where a 60cm sphere has the room it needs. The 200cm suspension gives a long drop from high ceilings and beams. It is TRIAC dimmable, so on a compatible dimmer you can bring the light down as the evening goes on.

The structure is stainless steel and aluminium in Graphite Brown, and the shade is woven from synthetic fibre in Beige (with Light Blue and Light Grey).
