The Nans S/31.2 is a woven outdoor pendant light: a rounded barrel of synthetic fibre worked in an open lattice, on a structure of stainless steel and aluminium in Graphite Brown. The shade is Brown (with Beige and Light Grey), so the weave reads as a warm, layered pattern rather than one flat colour. It is 45.7cm tall and 31.5cm across, on a drop of 62cm to 200cm. The light comes from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 9.5W and gives 391 lumens of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, which keeps faces, food and timber looking true to colour.

Rated IP54 and made for outdoor use, this pendant light suits a covered terrace, a porch or a pergola over a garden table, where the open weave gives the light a soft, textured look after dark. We like it just as much indoors, hung low over a dining table or lighting a quiet corner of the living room. A pair hung over a long table lights it from end to end.
