Description

The Nans Bag/38 is a low outdoor floor lamp with a wide, rounded woven shade, a flat round top and two wooden carry handles in teak. It stands 38cm tall and 60cm across, so it sits close to the ground and spreads its glow outward through the open weave and down onto the floor around it. The light is an integrated LED giving 1023 lumens, so there is no bulb to buy or change. The finish is Beige, and the shade is Beige (with Light Blue and Light Grey), a soft mix of pale cords that reads as warm and calm by day and after dark.

It is rated IP44 and made for outdoor use, so it suits a terrace, a patio or a quiet corner of the garden beside a bench. It is just as much at home indoors in a living room, set beside a sofa or in a corner where a taller lamp would feel too much. Because it plugs in, you can carry it by its two handles from the house out to the garden and back, and place it wherever there is a socket within reach.
