The Morbarne floor lamp pairs a slim black steel stem with a round black base and a tapered off-white fabric shade. It stands 153cm tall, measures 35cm in diameter and sits on a base 23cm across. That means it takes very little floor space while lifting the light well clear of the arm of a sofa or chair. It takes a single E27 bulb of up to 60W, which leaves the colour and brightness of the light entirely your choice; the bulb is not included. With an IP20 rating it is made for dry rooms indoors, so it belongs in living spaces rather than a bathroom or a porch.
