Description

The Monne is a 120mm-diameter stacked alabaster pendant light built from three carved sections of natural Spanish alabaster suspended on a slim brushed brass stem. A cup-shaped upper element, a horizontal pebble-form middle and a flattened disc base align vertically along a single axis, with an integrated 3000K LED concealed inside that lights each piece of stone from within.

At 260mm tall and 120mm wide, Monne suits positions where a slender vertical pendant works better than a wider shade: alongside a bedside table, in pairs over a kitchen island, in a stairwell, or as a feature drop in an entrance hall. The narrow footprint means it can be hung in tight spaces without dominating the sightline, while the stacked profile still gives the fitting visual presence from across the room.

Each of the three alabaster sections is cut from natural stone, so the veining, cloudy patches and tonal shifts vary between individual pendants. When the LED is on, light passes through the thinner walls of the stone and reveals the internal striations, giving each pendant its own pattern of warm and cooler areas. The brushed brass stem and joining details run a single warm metallic line through the composition, holding the three stone forms in proportion without competing with them.
