Our Misa tumblers come as a set of four clear, mouthblown glasses, and each one holds a small surprise: a little glass figure standing on a short stalk that rises from the base inside. One tumbler has a cherry, one a fish, one a pineapple and one a cactus, so no two in the set are alike. The body is round and stemless, swelling gently before it narrows slightly at the rim, and it rests on a thick, clear base. Each tumbler is 9cm across and 12cm tall and holds 560ml. That is a generous measure for a glass of this height, with plenty of room for ice.

At 560ml these are roomy glasses for long drinks rather than small juice tumblers, so they suit water with a meal, lemonade, iced tea or a cold fizzy drink on a warm afternoon. They sit as comfortably on an everyday kitchen table as on a table laid for friends in the dining room or the garden.
