Description
The Mera LED is a slim, linear ceiling light that draws 20W and puts out 2030 lumens at a fixed 4000K cool white tone. Its long rectangular form measures 1138mm across yet sits just 36mm deep, giving a low, flush profile once fitted. A wide 150° beam angle spreads the light evenly rather than pooling it in one spot, so the whole footprint below is lit at a consistent level. In the US this style of slim integrated fixture is sold as a flush mount LED ceiling light, fitting the same low-clearance role.
The Mera suits hallways, landings, utility rooms and smaller kitchens where an even wash of light matters more than a focal point, and its length works well along a corridor run. At general lighting levels it covers around 7 m², so it serves a compact room or a section of a larger one. The wide beam and low body make it a good match for standard and lower ceiling heights, where a deeper pendant would feel intrusive. Being rated IP20, it is for dry indoor rooms only and should be kept out of bathrooms, porches and any damp location.
The body is moulded plastic in a clean white finish, with an integrated LED array rather than a replaceable bulb, so the whole unit is the light source. It is not dimmable and runs from a 220 to 240V AC mains supply, surface mounting to either a wall or ceiling. Rated for 30,000 hours, it is built for steady everyday use. The diffuser wipes clean with a soft dry cloth. This sits alongside other wattages in the Mera range for matching fittings across rooms.

Frequently Asked
What size room does it suit?
With 2030 lumens at 4000K, the Mera covers around 7 m² at general lighting levels. That makes it a sensible fit for a hallway, utility room, landing or compact kitchen, or a defined zone within a larger open space.
Is the Mera dimmable?
No, this version is not dimmable and should be run from a standard mains switch. Pairing it with a dimmer is not recommended as it can cause flicker or shorten the life of the LED.
Does it take a replaceable bulb?
No. The Mera uses an integrated LED array, so the fitting itself is the light source and there is no bulb to change. It is rated for 30,000 hours of use, after which the complete unit is replaced.
How do I clean it?
Switch the fitting off and let it cool, then wipe the diffuser and white body with a soft, dry or barely damp cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners, which can dull or scratch the plastic surface.
