This is an outdoor cushion measuring 45x45cm, printed on both sides so you get two designs in one cover. One face carries a hand-drawn trio of sardines in red line-work, framed by the words SARDINES and DE LA MER in blue over a pink-and-orange stripe. Flip it over and you have a pink-and-orange checkerboard scattered with tiny fish silhouettes. It is made from 100% polyester, chosen here for outdoor life rather than for softness alone.

It belongs on a garden bench, a patio chair or an outdoor sofa, and it earns its place at an alfresco lunch where a printed cotton cushion would not survive the first spilled drink.
