The Maremagnum is an 8 light semi-flush ceiling light built around a polished chrome frame of curved arms that loop and cross in a 790mm-wide asymmetric arrangement. Eight clear glass spheres sit at intervals along the chrome arms, each housing a G9 bulb fitting (bulbs sold separately). The curved chrome arms are welded and polished to a mirror finish, reflecting light across the frame and into the room.

Designed for living rooms, dining rooms and hallways with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Maremagnum provides ambient light through the combination of direct light from the G9 bulbs and reflected light bouncing off the chrome framework. The 650mm drop from ceiling to lowest point requires adequate clearance above head height, typically this means positioning the fitting over a dining table, in the centre of a living room, or in an entrance hall rather than over a circulation route.

The polished chrome finish amplifies the sculptural quality of the curved frame, creating visible reflections and highlights that shift as you move around the room. The clear glass spheres add texture and diffusion without obscuring the bulbs entirely, so the choice of bulb type affects the overall look. Polished chrome shows fingerprints and dust more readily than brushed or satin finishes. Wipe the frame with a soft microfibre cloth. For smudges or marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is sufficient. Avoid household sprays or chemical cleaners that can dull the mirror finish over time.
