Description

The LYYT is a 400mm flexible USB LED lamp with a rubber gooseneck stem, a flat LED diffuser panel at the head, and a USB-A plug at the base. The lamp houses 14 SMD LEDs behind a plastic diffuser, delivering 120 lumens at 5500K cool white across a 110° beam angle. Touch control on the head cycles through three brightness levels, allowing adjustment from dim reading light to full task illumination.

Designed for laptop desks, home offices, travel and anywhere a powered USB port is available, the lamp draws 2W maximum at 500mA from a 5V USB source. The gooseneck bends into position and holds its angle without needing a base weight or clamp, making the lamp portable enough to carry in a laptop bag. The cool white 5500K output suits screen-based work where neutral colour rendering is needed.

The 400mm stem length allows the lamp head to be positioned over a keyboard, notebook or reading material without the USB plug needing to be directly adjacent. The touch control responds to a light tap on the head panel rather than requiring a physical button press. At 46g total weight, the lamp adds minimal bulk to a travel kit or desk setup.

Can this lamp be used with a power bank?

Yes. Any USB power source capable of delivering 5V at 500mA will power the lamp, including portable power banks, wall adapters with USB ports, and laptop USB ports.

How do the brightness levels work?

Tap the lamp head once to turn on at low brightness, tap again to cycle to medium, tap a third time for full brightness, and tap once more to turn off. The lamp remembers the last brightness setting when turned back on.

Does the gooseneck hold its position?

Yes. The rubber-coated gooseneck bends into position and holds the angle without drooping. It can be repositioned repeatedly without losing tension.

What is the colour temperature?

5500K cool white. This is a neutral-to-cool tone suited to task work and reading, rather than a warm ambient tone.
