Description
The Luxon is a 92 x 67cm rectangle wall mirror with a stepped resin frame finished in antique silver. The frame is built from moulded plastic resin with a metallic coating applied to give the appearance of aged silver, including darker tonal variation in the recessed beading and raised outer edge. A bevelled glass panel sits inside the frame, adding a polished edge to the reflection.
Designed for hallways, above mantels, and living room feature walls, the Luxon works in traditional and transitional interiors where a framed mirror adds both decorative and practical function. The 92cm height makes it suitable for positioning above a console table at 1.2-1.4m from floor level, or hung lower as a dressing mirror. At 5cm projection from the wall, the mirror sits visibly forward from the surface without dominating the sightline when viewed from the side.
The antique silver finish is applied as a metallic paint over the resin moulding, giving a uniform appearance across the stepped frame profile. The finish reflects ambient light differently to polished chrome or brushed nickel, with a softer, slightly tarnished quality that pairs with warm neutrals, cream walls, and traditional joinery. The 7-20kg weight range reflects variations in the resin density; wall fixings suited to the upper weight are recommended for safe installation.

Frequently Asked
What is the frame made from?
The frame is moulded plastic resin with a metallic antique silver finish applied as a paint coating. It presents as aged silver but is not a metal frame.
What wall fixings are needed?
The mirror weighs between 7kg and 20kg depending on resin density. Use wall fixings rated to at least 20kg for safe installation. The back of the mirror includes hanging points compatible with D-rings or wire hanging systems.
Can it be hung horizontally?
The Luxon is designed for vertical (portrait) orientation. Hanging it horizontally would change the visual proportions and may affect the stability of the hanging system depending on how the fixings are positioned on the back.
How is the frame cleaned?
Wipe the resin frame with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable. Avoid sprays or chemical cleaners that may damage the metallic coating. Clean the glass with standard glass cleaner applied to a cloth, not directly onto the frame.
