Description

The Luxeon Trim Magnetic Recessed L-Connector is an 80mm x 80mm corner junction piece for recessed magnetic track lighting systems, designed for left-side track joins. Moulded in black plastic with internal electrical contacts, the connector routes power through a 90-degree turn in the track run while providing an on-off switch for the downstream section.

Used in commercial and retail installations where track lighting needs to turn corners at ceiling level, the connector sits flush within the recessed track profile so only the black trim face remains visible once fitted. The magnetic contact system means track heads can be positioned anywhere along the connected sections without needing to align with fixed power points. The on-off function isolates the downstream track section independently, allowing one arm of an L-shaped run to be switched off while the other remains live.

The 80mm footprint matches the standard Luxeon Trim recessed track width, and the connector slots into the track channel using the same fixing clips as straight track sections. The plastic housing carries an IP20 rating for dry indoor use only, suitable for offices, galleries, showrooms and residential spaces with standard ceiling heights. Installation requires access to the ceiling void for wiring connections before the track trim is clipped into place.
