Description

The Luxeon is a twin-head LED track spotlight with two cylindrical white aluminium heads mounted on a 190mm magnetic track section. Each head houses an integrated 10W LED at 3000K, giving a combined 20W output across both spotlights. The heads attach magnetically to the track rail, allowing them to be repositioned along the length of the track without tools.

Designed for ceiling-mounted accent lighting in retail, gallery, kitchen and living room applications, the twin-head configuration provides broader light distribution than a single spotlight while keeping the installation footprint compact. The 190mm track length suits areas where two directional beams are needed close together, such as lighting both ends of a kitchen worktop, illuminating a pair of display shelves, or washing light across adjacent wall sections. The heads tilt and rotate independently, so the two beams can be aimed at different targets or converged onto a single focal point.

The extruded aluminium profile is finished in white powder coat, blending into white or light-coloured ceilings. The magnetic attachment means the spotlights can be removed for redecorating or repositioned as room layout changes without needing to re-wire. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments. The integrated LEDs are non-replaceable but carry a 5-year warranty from Ideal Lux, an Italian lighting manufacturer.

Can the spotlight heads be moved after installation?

Yes. The twin heads attach magnetically to the track rail and can be repositioned along the 190mm track length without tools. They can also be removed entirely for redecorating and re-attached once complete.

Is this compatible with dimmer switches?

No. The integrated LED is not dimmable. The specification confirms the LEDs operate at fixed output on standard 230V mains.

What rooms can this be used in?

The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments. It is suitable for living rooms, kitchens, retail spaces, galleries and hallways, but not bathrooms, outdoor installations or high-humidity areas.

Are the LEDs replaceable?
