The Luxeon is a 10W LED magnetic track spotlight built from an extruded aluminium cylinder with a white powder-coated finish. The integrated LED produces 3000K warm white light directed through a 60mm-diameter opening at the base of the cylinder. The spotlight mounts to a compatible magnetic track rail via internal magnets, allowing the fitting to be repositioned along the rail without tools or fixed anchor points.

Designed for retail display lighting, gallery installations, and residential accent lighting where repositionable directional light is needed, the Luxeon attaches to a separately-sold magnetic track system. The magnetic connection holds the spotlight securely in place while allowing it to slide along the track length when intentionally moved. The 72mm projection from the track rail and the cylindrical form factor direct light downward in a focused beam suitable for highlighting products, artwork, or architectural features without spilling light across adjacent surfaces.

The extruded aluminium construction gives the 190mm-long cylinder structural rigidity while keeping weight low enough for magnetic mounting. The white finish integrates cleanly into white-ceiling environments typical of retail, hospitality and modern residential interiors. The cylinder rotates on its mounting point to adjust beam direction, and the IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor environments only. The Luxeon is not dimmable and runs at a fixed 3000K output from the moment it's switched on.

What track system does the Luxeon work with?

The Luxeon uses a magnetic mounting system compatible with Ideal Lux magnetic track rails. It will not fit standard three-circuit track systems or other manufacturers' magnetic tracks without confirmation of compatibility. The track rail is sold separately.

Can the spotlight be repositioned once installed?

Yes. The magnetic mounting allows the spotlight to slide along the track rail when intentionally moved. It holds securely in place during normal use but releases when you apply lateral force to reposition it.

Is the Luxeon dimmable?

No. The integrated LED runs at a fixed 10W output and cannot be dimmed via standard dimmer switches or control systems.

What beam angle does it produce?

The specification does not include beam angle data. The 60mm cylinder opening and downward-facing orientation suggest a focused beam rather than wide flood, but contact us for confirmation of exact beam spread if you need it for lighting calculations.
