Description

Lucka Bronze Black XL is a full length wall mirror, 175cm high by 80cm wide and only 2cm deep, in a slim black metal frame with the glass flush to its face. The glass is tinted bronze right through, so a full length reflection comes back warmer and darker than the room rather than matching it. Black frame and bronze glass together make this the most muted of the Lucka sizes.

At 175cm by 80cm it gives a standing adult head to foot with room either side: a bedroom, a dressing area, or a hallway wide enough to stand back in. It hangs in two directions. It is rated bathroom proof. At 16kg it is a two person lift onto fixings that reach something solid, with two screws, washers and plugs supplied and nothing to assemble. The same glass and frame are made as a narrow hall mirror and as a smaller rectangle, and there is a gold framed version with clear glass if the tint is not wanted.

The mirror is bronze mirrored glass in a black metal frame. Clean it with cleaner sprayed onto a soft cloth rather than onto the glass. A bronze tint on a mirror this size changes a room more than the same tint on a small one, because there is simply more of it: the whole reflected wall comes back a step darker. That is worth wanting rather than tolerating, and on a bright wall it is the reason to choose this over the clear glass version. At 2cm deep it still sits close enough to the wall to pass a door.
