Description

The Look is a slim metal tube pendant that hangs as a narrow white cylinder and throws its light straight down. A single GU10 spot sits inside the open end of the tube, so the light reads as a focused pool below the fitting rather than a wide, soft glow, which makes it good for picking out a spot on a worktop, table or shelf. Unlit, it holds its shape as a clean 40mm white bar against the ceiling.

The tube is 40mm across and hangs on a cable adjustable in drop from 660mm to 2600mm, so you can set it low over a single point or run several in a line along a bar or island. It takes one GU10 lamp and the bulb is included, so it arrives ready to use. Because the light is directional, aim it where you want the pool of light to fall.

The body and ceiling cap are metal in a white finish, on an adjustable cable. It is rated IP20 for indoor rooms and is not dimmable as standard, though fitting a dimmable GU10 bulb on a compatible dimmer will let you lower the light.

What kind of light does the Look give?

A focused, directional pool of light. The GU10 spot sits inside the tube and throws the light straight down, so it lights a defined spot below the fitting rather than washing the whole room. That suits it to accent light over a worktop, table or display.

Does it come with a bulb?

Yes. A GU10 bulb is included, so the Look arrives ready to wire in and use. The lamp is replaceable, so you can swap it for a different GU10 later to change the brightness or beam.

Can it be dimmed?

It has no built-in dimmer, but because it uses a standard GU10 bulb you can dim it by fitting a dimmable GU10 lamp with a compatible wall dimmer.

How big is it and where does it suit?
