Description

The Look is a tall square-section metal bar that mounts flat and lights from each open end, one beam rising up the wall and one falling below. Its LED is set within the body rather than behind a shade, so warm cones graze the surface while the profile stays a slim brass edge between them. Off, it reads as a quiet vertical stroke with a crisp squared line.

The body is 30mm across and 300mm tall, a longer reach than the shorter version, projecting just 55mm so it holds close to the wall. The built-in LED gives 900 lumens at a warm 3000K with colour rendering above 90, laying an even top-and-bottom wash rather than a single spot. Its length draws a taller streak of light that suits a doorway, a stairwell or a hallway, and the squared edges give it a sharper, more architectural feel than the round form.

The base and body are powder-coated metal in a brass finish, rated IP20 for dry indoor walls. Switching is on-off with no dimming, so the warm level stays constant. We supply it ready to wire, the LED integrated into the housing with nothing to add first.

Which direction does the light go?

Both up and down. The built-in LED throws a warm cone from each end of the bar, so light grazes the wall above and below in a balanced wash rather than aiming into the room.

Is a bulb supplied?

No bulb is needed. The LED is built into the fitting and rated for around 50,000 hours, so it arrives complete and wires straight in with nothing to fit.

Can the wall light be dimmed?

Not on its own. It uses on-off switching with no driver for dimming, so the warm output holds at one level whenever it is on.

How tall is it and where does it suit?

The square body is 30mm wide, 300mm tall and reaches 55mm off the wall. That longer streak works beside a door, in a stairwell or along a hallway, singly or paired.
