Description
The Look is a slim, upright wall bar with a square section, mounted flush and throwing light both up and down its length. The body is a fine 30mm-wide column that projects only 55mm from the wall, so it sits close and quiet against the plaster. Lit, it draws two soft washes of warm white across the surface above and below; unlit, it reads as a thin black line, more architectural detail than fixture.
The bar stands 300mm tall on a 30mm-square face and comes forward just 55mm, which keeps it out of the way in a hallway, beside a bed or up a stairwell where a bulkier fitting would crowd the space. Its up-and-down throw makes it a quiet way to graze a textured or painted wall rather than light a whole room.
The base and light body are powder-coated metal in matt black. An integrated LED COB gives 900 lumens at 3000K warm white with a colour rendering above 90 and a 60-plus-60-degree up-and-down spread, and is rated to 50,000 hours, so there is no bulb to buy and it lights as soon as it is wired. It is non-dimmable, on-off only, and rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms.

Frequently Asked
What kind of light does the Look wall bar give?
Two soft washes of warm white, one up the wall and one down. The integrated LED sits within the slim body and gives 900 lumens at 3000K with a 60-plus-60-degree spread, grazing the surface above and below rather than throwing a single beam.
Do I need to buy a bulb?
No. The LED is integrated and included, so there is no separate lamp to fit. It arrives ready to wire and light, rated to 50,000 hours.
Is it dimmable?
No. It is on-off only and not dimmable, so we would treat it as a fixed-output fitting. We can advise on a suitable circuit before you order.
How big is it and where does it suit?
The bar is 300mm tall on a 30mm-square face and projects only 55mm from the wall. The compact upright form suits a hallway, a bedside or a stairwell, and the up-and-down throw grazes a textured wall well.
