Description

The Look is a short square-section metal bar that fixes flat to the wall and lights from both open ends, one beam rising and one dropping. Its LED sits inside the body rather than behind glass, so warm cones graze the surface above and below while the profile itself stays a fine dark edge. In matt black the angular form reads as a sharp graphic line, lit or off.

The body is 30mm across and 150mm tall, projecting only 55mm, so it keeps close to the wall in a compact block for a bedside, a hallway or a spot beside a mirror. Its built-in LED gives 900 lumens at a warm 3000K with colour rendering above 90, throwing a soft symmetrical wash rather than a hard point. The squared edges give a crisper, more architectural look than the rounded version of the same fitting.

The base and body are powder-coated metal in matt black, rated IP20 for dry indoor walls. It uses on-off switching with no dimming built in, so the warm level holds steady. We supply it complete, the LED integrated and ready to wire with nothing to slot in.

How is the light thrown?

Up and down the wall. The built-in LED sends a warm cone from each open end, so light grazes the surface above and below in a matched wash rather than pointing outward.

Does it take a bulb?

No separate bulb is required. The LED is built in and rated for about 50,000 hours, so the wall light arrives ready to wire with nothing to fit before use.

Can it be dimmed?

Not by itself. It uses plain on-off switching with no driver for lowering the level, so its warm output stays fixed each time it is turned on.

What size is it and where does it work?

The square body is 30mm wide, 150mm tall and stands 55mm off the wall. Its small footprint suits a bedside, a hallway or either side of a mirror, alone or in a pair.
